Early in his career, Hugo successfully represented the major airline, Viasa, in Federal Court for nearly three years. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in negotiating contracts and representing clients in basic and sophisticated contract drafting and interpretation. His impressive track record includes successfully negotiating hundreds of deals and assisting individuals in various legal matters, such as foreclosure cases, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and contractual obligation enforcement.
